Ivy Haus was created to put clients first, bringing structure, insight, and integrity to the buying side of property.

A space Rebecca felt was missing a truly values-driven approach.

After 24 years in the property industry, beginning at just 15 years old on the front desk and progressing through nearly every role, Rebecca has built an extensive understanding of how the real estate market works. Now, she’s using that insider knowledge to help buyers achieve outcomes they might not have been able to on their own.

“What drew me to becoming a buyer’s agent was the opportunity to shift perspectives after 20 years representing owners on the selling side and consistently achieving premium results. I wanted to take that experience, along with the relationships I’ve built, and use it to advocate for buyers. My goal is to help them find the perfect home and secure it on the best possible terms, often in ways they may not have been able to achieve on their own.” Rebecca explains.

For Rebecca, launching Ivy Haus wasn’t just about starting a business, it was about creating a standard of service that prioritises the client experience while aligning with her moral and ethical principles.

“I’ve found that within this industry, there doesn’t seem to be an agency that operates in the same customer-centric and values-driven way as many of the respected brands I’ve worked with in the residential sector throughout the majority of my career,” she says. “My goal is to establish a standard of service and sales that not only prioritises the client experience but also aligns with my own moral and ethical principles, something I believe is currently lacking in this space.”

What makes Rebecca unique as a buyer’s agent is the depth of both her personal and professional journey. Having worked in the real estate industry for over two decades across Queensland and New South Wales, she has held nearly every role from front desk through to General Manager on the selling side. This range of experience gives her rare insight into how the sales process and market dynamics really work, which she now brings to the buying side to help clients secure their dream home at the right price in ways they might not have been able to achieve on their own.
