Feeling increasingly disheartened by the constraints of the traditional agency model, Wendy found herself ignited by a realisation, that “Working so hard for someone else and making them all the money” just wasn’t worth it.
However, it was a boost from Dan Argent, UrbanX CEO, which showed her the advantage of being her own boss. Wendy shares, “It was December when I spoke to Dan, and then again in early 2023. April is when I decided to go out on my own.”
