The UrbanX 2022 Leadership Retreat
For our community of UrbanX partners, learning and development is highly valued and we’re constantly providing opportunities for business and self development.
This year’s Leadership Retreat, at Crystalbrook Byron Bay, focused on improving our leadership styles, self-awareness, achieving high performance, and how to thrive in the always changing real estate environment.
The common themes included being honest with yourself, being comfortable with change, understanding and living your vision and values, and how to offer a customer experience that’s uniquely yours.
We heard from a range of speakers, with highlights including Wayne Bennett (Rugby League Super Coach), Bill Clarkson (CEO, Lorna Jane), Theo Kampolis (Hellenika and SK), Vu Tran (CEO, GO1), and Shane Smollen (Director & Second Largest Shareholder of McGrath).
