Another group of high performers break free from the franchise to build their own brand with UrbanX.

Local Bayside agents, Stacey Ritson and Josh Warren have taken the next step in their careers and launched their own business and brand, Eastside Property Group, powered by UrbanX.

With over 30 years of combined real estate experience, the team are motivated to be able to capitalise on their success and run their business the way they have always wanted to provide an exceptional level of experience for their clients.

Previously working under the traditional model, Stacey has most recently been a franchisee, but the opportunity to capitalise on all the support UrbanX provides is what convinced her to join forces with Josh and launch their own brand.

UrbanX will support them to focus on listing and selling real estate without having to worry about any of their backend administration, finance and digital marketing.

“UrbanX is taking all of the stress out of running our business with support on all levels. This allows us more time to concentrate on listing and selling and servicing our clients to maximum levels.” Stacey said.

Since entering into the industry and working under franchise brands, the opportunity to stand out from their competition excited the two directors. After working with the UrbanX branding and design team, they were able to produce a brand that will help them to attract more clients and help them to market themselves in their local area.

“Our branding is fresh new and elite, UrbanX is allowing us to create and control our unique boutique agency to deliver to our clients the best advertising platform styled specifically for each client to reach a much broader market.” Stacey said.
