Boettchers Estate Agents unlocks 708% growth in their first 12 months

After launching his own business and brand 12 months ago, Adam Boettcher has been able to embrace business ownership and work hard to grow his own boutique brand, powered by UrbanX. 

After leading a team at his previous agency, he made the decision to step out of his comfort zone and launch his own brand, Boettchers Estate Agents in the Ipswich market. 

Motivated to run his own business the way he has always wanted, Adam capitalised on the opportunity to stand out from his competition, and market himself the way he wanted, without any agency rules and restrictions. 

Fast forward 1 year and Boettchers Estate Agents has grown by a massive 708% and has shown no signs of slowing down.  

Going from strength to strength, Adam has worked hard to grow his business and is proud of what he has been able to achieve. 

“Building something from scratch can be stressful and time-consuming, but it is also incredibly rewarding, especially when I see my team doing so well. Growing a team and watching people double and triple their incomes (GCI) under our brand, is something that I’m very proud of.” 

Since his launch, he has been able to run his own business the way he wants and has created a culture within his team that drives success.
