Million dollar agent leaves franchise to chase his dreams!
It is a passion for people and providing amazing service that has motivated high-performing Ipswich agent, Jordan Strudwick to launch his own business, STRUD Property powered by UrbanX.
After starting his sales career in the automotive industry nice years ago, Jordan was able to grow professionally, learning key skills in maintaining relationships and customer service. He fell in love with the sales process and connecting with people, but he wanted to make more of a difference. Real estate presented an opportunity for him to combine his passion for sales and helping people, which motivated him to pursue a career as an agent.
Jordan entered the real estate industry five years ago and over this time he worked his way up, achieving some amazing results under the franchise model and becoming a million-dollar agent. In 2019 he was in the top 10 for the Real Estate Business Newcomer of the Year Award and this year placed 12th in the Real Estate Business Top 50 Deal Makers Award.
As an established agent, Jordan realised it was time to move away from the franchise model and run his own business the way he had always wanted to.
“My values didn’t align under the franchise model, and I found I wasn’t being the agent and leader I wanted to be. Starting STRUD Property has allowed me to create a business that aligns with my core values and more importantly, it allows me to focus on our clients and make a genuine difference” Mr Strudwick said.
