A Real Estate Leadership Retreat Like No Other!

Last week we hosted the inaugural UrbanX Leadership Retreat with our top 15 partners at Spicers Hidden Vale, and we are proud to say that it was not like any other real estate conference.  

It provided an incredible opportunity for us to develop our partners and we carefully selected a group of key speakers for the two days to help them to grow as business leaders. 

At UrbanX, we want to empower our partners to not only be able to grow their business and earn more, but also to live a more fulfilling life. To do this we want to help them to work on all aspects of our lives, to become the best versions of themselves.

Over the two days we covered topics on Mindfulness, Self-leadership, Determination & humility, the importance of having a life plan, understanding the numbers, building a high performing culture, unlocking our limiting beliefs and took so much away from all the amazing speakers. 

We had an incredible time, in such a beautiful location and we are looking forward to the leadership retreat again next year!
