Having started her career at just 18 years old, Tamara worked alongside her mother until her retirement eight years ago. She then returned as a solo agent, building an impressive 17 years of experience in real estate. 

Discussing what initially attracted her to real estate, Tamara shares “I love the psychology behind selling real estate, being part of one of the biggest transactions (if not the biggest) in people’s lives, and making a difference…I live and breathe real estate. I don’t just sell it—it’s my passion, and I’m grateful to call this my career”. 

The decision to build her own business was driven by a desire to have complete focus on her clients. “I had no plan B, and I am an extreme person—it’s all or nothing,” Tamara explains. After deciding to take this step, it took just three weeks to put her plan into motion. 

Tamara’s partnership with UrbanX marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in her real estate journey—one that puts her in complete control of her business and future. Talking about her decision, she explains, “Backend systems and processes and assisting my team with a tidal wave of admin” were the biggest factors that drew her to UrbanX. She adds, “It’s been fantastic so far.” This move isn’t just about stepping up her operations—it’s about creating the freedom to focus on what she loves most: helping clients and growing her business on her terms. 

Tamara’s new branding captures an elevated and sophisticated approach to the industry while staying true to her core values. “I give more than I take. I give 100%. I do what I say I’m going to do. My service is amazing, and I strive for raving fans, so the work I put in to ensuring clients are raving fans definitely does set me apart”.  

Tamara continues, “I genuinely don’t focus on the commission—I focus on my reputation. I can honestly say I’ve never done a thing to benefit myself if it was going to negatively affect another person.” 

Now with full control over the future of her business, Tamara is empowered and excited to shape the next chapter on her own terms. “The sky’s the limit. I’m so proud of this venture and not having fear about it because I’ve worked so hard to build a brand and reputation that is very respected in the area. I’m excited to have my own classy branding, my own office, and nothing holding me back from expanding and progressing,” she says.
