Eliot and Kimberlea’s journey into real estate was rooted in their desire to form meaningful connections and push themselves to learn, grow, and succeed. It’s a very self-rewarding experience to steer around obstacles and overcome differences to secure a result, leaving not only the buyer and seller happy but also myself.”
On the other hand, Kimberlea’s love for real estate is deeply rooted in her passion for helping people. She finds immense joy in nurturing and guiding her clients throughout their real estate journey. With a strong focus on integrity, Kimberlea builds relationships based on trust, which empowers her to negotiate effectively and empathise with her clients. She shares, “I love being a guiding light and shoulder to lean on during the selling process.”
The decision to establish their own boutique agency stemmed from a craving for a new challenge and a legacy to be proud of. Eliot explains, “We feel like we are ready to challenge ourselves and to learn more about ourselves. We want to build a brand that proves we not only know how to sell homes but can also create a legacy to be proud of. We have new ideas and new dreams, and we are ready to deliver an exceptional level of service and take real estate to the next level.”
