After three years of planning and preparation, rural Victorian agent Jason Lee has launched his own agency, JB Lee Estate Agents. Born from the vision to provide tailor-made and flexible services to clients, and in partnership with UrbanX, the agency will empower Jason to elevate his career.

Beyond his own success, Jason is excited about the prospect of supporting his clients and the wider community.

Venturing into real estate 21 years ago, Jason sought fresh challenges and thrills within his career. Reflecting on his journey, Jason admits, “I also became frustrated with the agency franchise model and building business for others but not myself”.

This frustration, matched with a growth mindset, led Jason to wanting more. And he saw UrbanX as the perfect match to help him achieve just that.

“If you have a strong work ethic and a good track record in your marketplace, you have to consider it at some point. I have done a 21-year ‘apprenticeship’ before launching my own business… but it certainly doesn’t have to be that long for everyone”.
