A seasoned real estate professional with two decades of experience, Trace Real Estate is a brand poised to redefine excellence in property sales. Tracy Fishburn brings a wealth of expertise to her latest venture, with a focus on the best of coastal country living.

Having traversed various industries, from nursing to running a successful property design agency, Tracy Fishburn’s entrepreneurial journey has been one of continual growth and evolution. “I have established and run 2 other businesses over the years,” Tracy shares, reflecting on her entrepreneurial nature. “I felt that it was time to apply my previous business experience to establish my own real estate brand.”

The decision to build Trace Real Estate stemmed from a desire to create a brand that reflects herself. “I really felt it was time to create an environment and culture that truly reflects my standards of business and values in real estate,” Tracy explains.

Before branching out, she encountered various frustrations within the industry and felt held back by misaligned values and outdated systems. “Being associated with agents who perhaps didn’t have the same values and level of professionalism as myself,” Tracy recalls, highlighting one of her key frustrations. “Having to work with outdated and time-wasting technology when I knew there were far better tools available,” she adds.

“As a local of some 15 years in my area, I have no problem selling the incredible lifestyle on offer,” Tracy adds. “My knowledge and my passion for our community and environment prove infectious and irresistible to buyers… Having bought, redeveloped, and sold many properties myself over the last 20 years as well as on behalf of my clients, I know how to maximise the sale price of any property,” Tracy explains, underlining her unique blend of experiences.
