It’s something we can no longer ignore; housing prices are dropping as inflation increases across the country and that means your income will take a hit too (but for smart agents there is a silver lining, keep reading to see what it is…).
Listings are down. Sales are down. Housing prices are down.
Did you know listings are down 22% compared to the last 5-year average?
Add to that a 5-10% drop in housing prices over the last 12 months, the steepest drop in values since the GFC, it’s no surprise that sellers are becoming more reluctant to go to market.
So, what does that mean for the Real Estate industry, which has just come off one of the biggest booms in history? Nobody is immune.

Do I need an office?
