2021: A Year of Growth For UrbanX

2021 was an amazing year for UrbanX and one of exponential growth for the business and our agent partners.  

As a business we established ourselves as the premium platform for high-performing agents and our network of agent partners achieved some incredible results throughout the year, unlocking incredible growth numbers and success.

What a year it was!

Sales: 

• The goal at the start of the year was to reach $1B in sales and we did it! With the support of our amazing network of agent partners, we were able to pass the $1 Billion target in October and after a busy back end of the year, we were able to finish on $1,436,172,911 from 1,705 sales. 
• On top of this huge number, we are also very proud to share that we distributed a massive $27,239,879 to our partners over the year at an average commission of 83%! This number is so important to us because we are giving our partners to not only earn more commission but keep more of it too. 
• Our partners sold a total of 1,705 properties and listed 1,925 properties in 2021!
• New Record Month: $216M in Sales in October 

Growth: 

• 2021 was a year of growth for the business and we were able to grow our partner network by 148%.  
• Partner growth: On average UrbanX partners were able to grow their business by 38% in year one and 68% in year two!

We were announced as a finalist in 4 x REB Awards 

• Innovator of the Year – Company 
• Major Network of the Year 
• Training and Education Program of the Year 
• Social and Community Service Program of the Year 

Highlights: 

• We moved into our brand-new HQ in Bowen Hills! 
• Celebrated our 2nd Birthday in September  
• Donated over 300 Gifts to the Oncology ward at the Queensland Childrens Hospital for the UrbanX Christmas Appeal 

As a business we are proud of everything that we achieved in 2021 and for how far we have come, but this is only the beginning. Bring on 2022, the best is yet to come!
